Peter Fletcher
Peter is an executive coach, mentor and adviser dedicated to helping businesses and their Senior Managers to improve their performance. He has a track record of developing people and businesses beyond their own perceived potential and abilities. Peter's previous roles have ranged from Bank Branch Management, Human Resources at strategic and operational levels, heading up Sales and Marketing and moving on to General Management where he led 400 staff across 20 locations. Peter is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has been trained at Cranfield University and Ashridge School of Management. He has also served on the board of two local Enterprise Agencies.
Dr Tim Anstiss
Tim is a medical doctor who has worked in a range of medical specialities and whose professional focus is natural approaches to health and wellbeing improvement. Trained in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, Tim has been running stress management and personal development programes for over 15 years for public, private and voluntary sector groups and is a popular keynote speaker and coach. A lecturer at Thames Valley University Tim runs post-graduate courses on behavioural medicine, health coaching and Applied Positive Psychology. Tim is a former international pole vaulter and gladiators contender and appeared on the BBC series "Making Slough Happy".
Jacqui Thorpe
Co-Founder of the Expressions partnership Jacqui is qualified in early years learning and development. As an NVQ assessor Jacqui specialises in assessing organisations providing child care and development adding years of experience and education. Jacqui has experience in management and operating excellence in such environments and uses this experience is assisting individuals, managers and owners to get the best results for themselves and their audiences (customers of all shapes and sizes). As well as assessing Jacqui assists in the design of programmes and keeps an eye on the Expressions team. Jacqui is active in voluntary school classroom assistance.
Martin Smith
Martin is a trainer and executive coach who specialises in working with Managers and Leaders to develop their capabilities and that of their teams. His drive is to improve performance by helping people make sense of it all.
Working with managers to develop their self awareness and build on their strengths, he enables managers to acquire new self confidence and discover the right approaches for them to lead and enable others. Martin has over 20 years management experience in consumer marketing and sales. He has worked for Unipart, Express Dairies, Wella Haircare and Spillers Foods. Martin is also an accredited Belbin Practitioner.
Paul Cook
Paul is an organisational and people development specialist with 12 years experience with a national training agency, followed by 4 years experience as a freelance management consultant. Paul has a wealth of practical down to earth knowledge and experience that has enabled a wide range of clients in public and private sector (particularly in SME’s) to maximise the individual and collective contribution of people to the success of their business. As a qualified performance coach, Paul fundamentally believes that people are integral to any business success so is committed to helping organisations to implement practice and policy that can fully exploit their workforce potential. Paul is also a mentor and adviser.
Chrissy Payne
Chrissy in qualified in teaching children in Key Stage 1 and 2, however changed her direction in the late nineties when she got bitten by the leisure industry bug and then spent the next 10 years in senior managerial roles such has Operations Manager, Sales and Membership Manager and General Manager within Health Clubs. Throughout the years Chrissy has also been enlisted to aid different projects such as tendering for a multi million pound IT system change for Whitbread and leisure club acquisitions. After having a family Chrissy, is now an integral part of the Expressions team ensuring that our systems and communication are seamless and she is also an A1 Assessor for Early Years and Management NVQ's.
Kate Butler
Kate is an experienced trainer with 15 years experience in designing and delivering interventions which make a real difference to people’s working lives. Kate’s skills enable her to equip managers with the practical tools which can be taken back to the workplace to make an immediate impact. A member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Kate’s experiences span the hotel and leisure industries, government agency, food manufacturing and retail; covering management disciplines such as marketing, business development human resources and sales. Kate has made a tangible difference to the way in which many organisations operate.
