Peter is an executive coach and trainer dedicated to helping businesses and their Senior Managers to improve their performance. He has a track record of developing people and businesses beyond their own perceived potential and abilities and has spent all of his working life helping small and medium sized businesses to maximise their potential
Starting his working life as a banker with NatWest Peter’s roles ranged from Branch Management, Human Resources at strategic and operational levels, heading up Sales and Marketing and moving on to General Management where he led 400 staff across 20 locations through a successful change management programme that delivered high performance.
At the heart of Peter’s philosophy and practice is his belief that businesses can only grow and develop as quickly as they develop their managers. A key part of every manager’s role should be to develop and coach their managers – so that high performance can be delivered. Peter specialises in working on a one to one basis and with small groups of Senior Managers to help them to develop and grow their people.
