The Management Academy is a flexible approach to developing your people managers through a series of modular based learning. This academy emphasizes the importance of bite sized progression through a series of modules followed by work based assignments and the principles of the RLI model.
Expressions has delivered the Management Academy in a variety of organisation as their in-house (outsourced) development function using bespoke solutions to deliver their people and business needs.
The Management Academy is also offered as an open programme for those organisations with a limited number of managers or those with managers new to post.
