Jim has a wide range of experience in human resource development projects, including training needs analysis, training planning and delivery, Investors in People diagnostic, action planning and developmental work. He has coached company owners and managers to produce user friendly business plans, performance reviews, induction plans and introduced them to the NVQ management, owner management, customer service and training and development standards.

As a Chartered Engineer with additional qualifications in Management Studies and Total Quality Management, Jim’s experience hales from being a Director of a small engineering company and managing staff in a large organisation in a number of different roles:- District Engineering Manager, Customer Services Manager and Planning Manager.

Jim is a nationally registered and practising Investors in People adviser and has worked with small, medium and large organisations across the breadth and depth of sectors and industries. Jim is also an accredited Investors in People, Work-Life Balance assessor, a qualified NVQ assessor and internal verifier and has been an NVQ centre co-ordinator.
