The Plan Do Review programme was the first known implementation programme specifically designed for the current version of the Investors in People standard and is currently being used across a wide range of sectors and industries with great measured success. In particular The Plan Do Review programme is a preferred method of working towards organisational development with the construction industry training board (CITB)

The programme is deliverable by means of two options.

Option One :

PDR is delivered in a group workshop programme with three separate workshops, the first covering planning, the second exploring effective doing and the final one maximising on reviewing. In between the structured workshops implementation assistance is offered by means on face to face visits, coaching and telephone and email support.

Option Two :

For those organisations who value more one to one support the PDR programme is also delivered via a series of on-site implementation visits. These visits can be conducted one to one or one to many.

Both delivery options start with a comprehensive analysis of where you are now according to your people and their managers. This information provides you with informed decisions and enables the construction of a focused action plan to progress through. Additionally you will receive a client toolkit including a resource CD packed with working best practise templates for you to use as they are or they can be easily adapted to accommodate your specific requirements. These templates are provided to you royalty free and so can be used well after our journey together.
